These terms govern use of EbikeValues valuation tools, guide content, trade-in estimates, private-sale estimates, and coverage request workflows.

Use of the website
EbikeValues grants you a limited, revocable license to use the website for lawful personal, shop, and research purposes. Do not attempt to access private systems, interfere with the service, scrape at abusive volume, or reuse site content without permission.
Valuation estimates
Private-sale and trade-in values are estimates, not guaranteed purchase offers. Final bike value can change after physical inspection, battery diagnostics, ownership review, safety checks, market changes, and local demand.
User submissions
When you submit bike details, photos, or contact information, provide accurate information and avoid sending sensitive data that is not needed for bike review. Unknown-bike and contact submissions may be used to improve internal coverage records, but they do not automatically publish public brand or model pages.
Third-party information
The website may refer to manufacturer information, market listings, service records, or third-party resources. EbikeValues does not control those sources and cannot guarantee that every third-party detail remains current.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. EbikeValues aims to provide useful, evidence-aware estimates, but does not warrant that every valuation, catalog record, or support status is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EbikeValues is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on a valuation estimate.
